Mr. Gourab Kumar Agrawal established Innodust TechSolution Pvt Ltd in 2012 with a clear vision: to provide high-quality training and services in the technology sector. Holding a Master’s degree in Power Electronics from SOA University, he is a quintessential entrepreneur recognized for his innovation and commitment to advancing technology and employability.

Throughout his career, Mr. Agrawal has developed several pioneering products, including 3D printers, home automation devices, and solar LED lights. These innovations have earned him a distinguished reputation as a leading tech entrepreneur.

With a passion for education, he has personally trained over 5,000 students and manufactured more than 1,000 electronic boards. His dedication extends beyond business—he is deeply committed to raising technological awareness and creating employment opportunities in technical fields, especially in underserved communities.

Starting Innodust TechSolution was not without challenges. At a time when the software sector was booming, investing in electronics posed significant financial hurdles. However, Mr. Agrawal’s unwavering passion for electronics and the strong support of his family helped him overcome these obstacles and establish a thriving company.

In 2012, building on his expertise and vision, he launched his second venture, NS Power, a leading organization specializing in solar technology. NS Power focuses on delivering high-quality solar and LED products with exceptional after-sales support. Under his leadership, the company has introduced over 20 successful products in the market and is a certified trainer in the Skill Development sector.

Mr. Agrawal’s expertise spans microcontrollers, embedded systems, MATLAB, PLC, and solar energy technologies. He is committed to innovative training methodologies that equip candidates with practical skills and industry readiness.

His efforts have also extended to rural development, promoting solar-powered water pumps, converting streetlights to solar lighting, and fostering local manufacturing of LED lights. These initiatives have not only improved infrastructure but also generated employment opportunities for villagers.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Sahoo

Co-Founder, Innodust TechSolution Pvt Ltd

Mr. Sunil Kumar Sahoo is the ambitious co-founder of Innodust TechSolution Pvt Ltd, bringing a strong technical background and entrepreneurial spirit to the organization. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, he began his journey by founding NS Power in 2012—one of the fastest-growing startups in the solar products sector.

In 2013, he co-founded Innodust TechSolution Pvt Ltd, focusing on skill development programs aimed at empowering the next generation of renewable energy professionals.

Mr. Sahoo is a certified trainer in Renewable Energy and Solar PV installation, having completed advanced training at the National Institute of Solar Energy and the Skill Council for Green Jobs. He also possesses significant expertise in Thermal and Automobile Engineering.

Passionate about innovation, he has developed several prototypes including a Zero-Cost Refrigeration System, 3D Printer, and Home Automation system with energy-saving features.

Through NS Power, Mr. Sahoo’s core mission is to promote social empowerment and enhance rural livelihoods through technological advancement. His hands-on experience covers the design, installation, commissioning, and customization of solar power plants, solar water heating systems, solar street lighting, and solar home lighting solutions.

In addition to his technical acumen, Mr. Sahoo specializes in consumer sector entrepreneurship, inclusive business models, commercialization strategies, market entry planning, and sales & marketing management. He continuously works on expanding market reach and capturing new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
